1. Introduction

VWEALTH (vwealth.vn) is a Vietnam stock-market analysis platform that uses 12 specialized AI models to deliver weekly analysis reports to retail investors.

VWEALTH is an information service. VWEALTH accepts no mandates and manages nobody's money; it is not a fund management company and it does not place trades on behalf of users.

By registering and using the service, you confirm you have read, understood and agree to all of these Terms.

2. Definitions

In this document, the following terms mean:

• "We" / "VWEALTH": the operator of the service at vwealth.vn.
• "You" / "User": an individual who has registered an account and uses the service.
• "Service": all content, reports, tools and features provided at vwealth.vn.
• "Report": the market-analysis document issued weekly on Saturday, in both Vietnamese and English, sent by email and kept in the report library of your account.
• "Information table": the data table of 700+ tickers in every report — all of HOSE and HNX plus the large-cap UPCoM names — covering price, percentage change over the week, position against the 20-session average, liquidity and a description of the trend. The table provides data only; it is not a buy or sell recommendation.
• "Simulated AI fund": a simulated account of VND 100bn for each AI model, opened on 18/09/2026, trading on paper to illustrate how that model reasons. This is not real money.
• "Simulated past performance": figures obtained by re-running the machine's rules over historical data — a backtest, not the result of real trading. Whenever such figures are published they carry a label saying so.

3. Account registration

To use the service, you must:

• Register with a valid email and a secure password (≥8 characters).
• Provide accurate information and update it when it changes.
• Keep your login credentials secure and never share them.
• Be at least 18 and have full legal capacity under Vietnamese law.

4. Fees & payment

VWEALTH offers 4 subscription plans:

• 1-month plan: $8 — 4 reports (one report every Saturday)
• 3-month plan: $22 — 13 reports (save 8%)
• 6-month plan: $39 — 26 reports (save 17%)
• 12-month plan: $71 — 52 reports (save 25%)

Free plan for new users

New users who register an account and verify their email receive a free 2-month plan and get the weekly report just like paying subscribers for as long as that free plan is valid. Each account may receive the free plan only once.

Payment methods

Customers in Vietnam pay by domestic bank transfer: after choosing a plan you will receive payment instructions with a QR code and the exact transfer note. Customers outside Vietnam pay via PayPal.

Activation time

Your account is activated within 1-12 hours after we receive payment. During business hours (9am-6pm), usually <1 hour.

• An information table of 700+ tickers — all of HOSE and HNX plus the large-cap UPCoM names — with price, percentage change over the week, position against the 20-session average, liquidity and a description of the trend
• Analysis from 12 specialized AI models, each with its own investing style
• 12 simulated AI funds of VND 100bn each: current holdings, the period's trades with the thesis behind them, and profit and loss by week, month, quarter and year — losing funds included
• Access to the historical report archive while subscribed

Not included ✗

• Personalized investment advice
• Asset management, portfolio management or accepting investment mandates in any form
• Placing buy/sell orders on your behalf or connecting to your brokerage account
• Any promise or guarantee of returns
• Real-time alerts during the trading session

6. Investment risk warning

VWEALTH's reports and analysis are reference information based on historical data and AI models — not investment advice. You should:

• Do your own research before making investment decisions
• Consider your own finances and risk tolerance
• Consult a licensed financial advisor if needed
• Understand that past results do not guarantee future returns

About the 12 simulated AI funds

• Each AI fund is a simulated account of VND 100bn opened on 18/09/2026 — not real money. VWEALTH accepts no mandates and manages nobody's money; it is not a fund management company and it does not place trades.
• Simulated orders are filled at the closing price of the last session of the period, once per period. The machine charges no trading fees, taxes or slippage and assumes every order fills in full — so simulated results come out better than what a real account could achieve. Dividends and splits are handled through adjusted prices.
• The BUY / ADD / HOLD / TRIM / SELL / WATCH labels, together with target prices and stop levels, are decisions of the simulated fund, published so that you can see how the AI reasons — not personalized investment advice.
• Results for all 12 funds, losing funds included, are published by week, month, quarter and year.
• Any "simulated past performance" figures, if published, always carry a label: they are the result of re-running the machine's rules over historical data — a backtest, not real trading. Past performance — real or simulated — does not guarantee future results.

About AI-generated content and third-party data

• AI-generated content can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. You need to verify it yourself before you rely on it.
• Price and financial-ratio data comes from third parties (VNDirect and public sources that are cited); that data may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate.
• Every investment decision is yours and you bear responsibility for it. VWEALTH is not a licensed securities investment advisory firm.

7. Intellectual property

All content on VWEALTH (reports, charts, images, text, code) is owned by VWEALTH and protected by Vietnamese intellectual-property law.

You may:

• Read and use it for your personal investing
• Quote briefly (≤200 words) with clear attribution "VWEALTH (vwealth.vn)"

You may NOT:

• Copy or redistribute reports in any form
• Sell or share your account with others
• Post report content on public platforms (Facebook, Telegram, Zalo groups...)

8. Prohibited conduct

Users agree NOT to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes or in violation of Vietnamese law
• Attack or attempt unauthorized access to the system
• Use bots/scripts to scrape content
• Share accounts or resell the service
• Provide false information at registration

Violations may lead to suspension or permanent termination of your account without refund.

9. Termination

VWEALTH may suspend or terminate the service when:

• A user violates the Terms of Service
• There is abnormal or suspicious account activity
• Required by a competent authority
• We change our business model (with ≥30 days' notice)

You may stop using the service at any time. However, fees already paid are non-refundable.
