1. Introduction

VWEALTH (vwealth.vn, app.vwealth.vn and the VWEALTH app for iOS and Android) is an information and paper-investing platform for the Vietnamese market: AI-compiled market reports, trading books in virtual money, an AI Assistant and a community of paper investors.

VWEALTH is not a securities company, a fund management company or an investment adviser. VWEALTH does not take deposits, does not manage money for anyone, does not place real orders and does not connect to your securities account.

These Terms go together with the Privacy Policy. When the version changes, the app asks you to agree again before you continue.

2. Definitions

• Virtual book: a simulated trading book in virtual money in your account.
• Virtual money: the simulated balance of a virtual book. It is not real money and cannot be deposited, withdrawn, bought, sold or exchanged.
• Report plan: a paid plan for a period that unlocks the weekly and monthly reports.
• Credit: the unit used to pay for AI runs and for creating custom books.
• AI Assistant (AI Basket): a feature that builds a basket of stocks or funds from a strategy you describe.
• Portfolio checkup: an AI report that reviews a portfolio you provide.
• Public profile: the /@handle page that shows your paper-investing record to others.
• Class: a paper-investing competition group that you join with a class code.

3. Account and sign-in

• You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity under Vietnamese law.
• You sign up with an email address and a password of at least 8 characters. When you sign up and sign in, you enter a 6-digit OTP code sent to your email; the code is valid for 10 minutes.
• Each account can be signed in on one device at a time. When you sign in on a new device (web or app), the session on the old device is signed out.
• Each account is for one person. Keep your password and mailbox secure; VWEALTH is not responsible for use of your account caused by sign-in details leaked on your side.
• The information you provide must be accurate. You can edit your name, profile photo and language under Account.

4. Simulated trading books

• Every account has 2 free books: Funds and Stocks, each with 10 billion virtual VND. Books opened before 31/10/2026 keep their earlier capital (1 billion virtual VND) until you reset them.
• You can create any number of custom books; each custom book uses 1 credit. For a custom book you choose the virtual capital (1, 5, 10 or 50 billion VND) and the asset types: stocks, open-end funds, gold (SJC bars, plain round rings) and foreign currencies (the 20 currencies quoted by Vietcombank).
• Prices used to fill orders come from public sources: stocks from the VPS and CafeF price boards, open-end funds from Fmarket, gold from Bao Tin Minh Chau, foreign currencies from Vietcombank. Prices may be delayed or wrong; VWEALTH does not guarantee third-party data.
• Simulated fill rules:
  • Stocks: market (MP) and limit (LO) orders during trading hours; a 0.15% fee on each buy and sell plus a 0.1% sales tax; shares and sale proceeds settle on T+2.
  • Open-end funds: filled at the NAV of the trading day and settled on each fund's schedule; fees follow the fund's fee schedule.
  • Gold and foreign currencies: filled immediately at the posted buy and sell prices; no fees.
• The simulation ignores slippage and assumes orders are filled in full, so results can differ greatly from a real account.
• You can reset a book at any time. A reset deletes that book's orders, positions and return history, and they cannot be restored.
• Virtual books are for learning and testing strategies. They are not real trading and not investment advice.

5. Reports, AI Assistant and Portfolio checkup

• Weekly and monthly reports are compiled by AI in Vietnamese and English: key news, policy, market sentiment, a table of 700+ tickers and 12 simulated AI funds (100 billion virtual VND each). The weekly report comes out on Saturday.
• AI Assistant (AI Basket): you describe a strategy in your own words or pick a sample strategy; the AI builds a basket and simulates it on historical data. Each run uses 1 credit, including daily or weekly scheduled runs. You can move a basket into a virtual book.
• Portfolio checkup: you enter a portfolio by hand, take it from a virtual book or upload a screenshot of it. Each checkup uses 1 credit, shown before you confirm.
• A run that does not complete because of a system error has its credit refunded automatically.
• AI-generated content may be wrong, incomplete or out of date. These are simulated reference reports, not securities investment advice under securities law.

6. Report plans and payment

Free for every account: the Funds and Stocks virtual books, the price board, market overview, news and Community.

A report plan unlocks the weekly report, the monthly report and the report archive. The monthly plan costs 200,000 VND per month; 3-, 6- and 12-month plans are also available.

In-app purchases (App Store, Google Play)

• Payment is made through your Apple ID or Google account. VWEALTH does not receive or store your card details.
• The plan renews automatically for the period you chose, at the store price at renewal time, until you cancel.
• The monthly plan includes a free first month for eligible users, once per store account. When the free month ends, the plan renews at 200,000 VND per month unless you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time in Apple's or Google's subscription settings; cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid being charged for the next one. You keep access until the end of the period already paid.
• Refunds are decided by Apple or Google under the store's policy. VWEALTH cannot refund payments made through the store directly.

Purchases on the web

• Prices: 1 month 200,000 VND, 3 months 550,000 VND, 6 months 1,000,000 VND, 12 months 1,800,000 VND.
• Pay by VietQR bank transfer (reconciled through SePay) or PayPal (in USD at the exchange rate VWEALTH publishes at checkout). The plan is activated once the payment arrives.
• You receive a receipt by email. For an e-invoice, send your invoice details to contact@vwealth.vn.
• Activated plans are not refundable. If an error on VWEALTH's side means you paid but did not receive the plan or credits, report it within 7 days and VWEALTH will activate the plan or add the credits. PayPal disputes follow PayPal's process.

Deleting your VWEALTH account does not cancel a subscription billed by the App Store or Google Play; cancel it separately in the store.

7. Credits

• Each of the following uses 1 credit: one AI Assistant run (including scheduled runs), one Portfolio checkup, creating one custom book.
• You can buy credits in the app (one-time credit packs through the App Store or Google Play) or on the web.
• Web prices depend on how many you buy at once: 1–2 credits 99,000 VND each, 3–4 credits 93,000 VND each, 5–9 credits 89,000 VND each, 10 or more 85,000 VND each.
• Credits belong to your account and are shared between the web and the app.
• Credits do not expire, are not refundable, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be moved to another account.
• Promotional credits may be withdrawn if abuse is found, for example creating several accounts to collect them.

8. Public profile, Community and Classes

• Your public profile is on by default once you have a virtual book. It shows: display name (by default the name you gave at sign-up; you can change it), handle (@handle), profile photo, short bio, risk level, month joined, the % return and asset weights of your virtual books, number of filled orders, badges and your Community ranking.
• Your profile never shows your email, amounts of money (capital, book value, cost price) or payment data.
• Anyone can view a public profile without signing in, and it may appear in search engines.
• You can turn it off at any time under Account ▸ Public page by unticking "Make my page public". When it is off, your profile is hidden and you are removed from the rankings.
• Contact channels (Zalo, Telegram, Facebook, email) are shown only if you fill them in yourself.
• Classes: a class owner (teacher) creates a class and shares a 6-character code; you join with the code. Each member gets a free class book. The owner and members see the class ranking with display names and % returns; the owner can download it. When you leave or the class closes, your class book is archived.
• You are responsible for the name, bio and contacts you make public: no impersonation, no advertising of investment services, no buy or sell calls, nothing unlawful. VWEALTH may hide content that breaks these rules.

9. Notifications

• Push notifications are used only for: new weekly and monthly reports; AI Assistant results (basket ready, failed run with credit refunded, schedule stopped for lack of credits, checkup ready). Occasionally VWEALTH sends an important service notice.
• You can turn notifications off in the app or in your device's notification settings.
• Email: OTP codes, account and payment messages, and reports under your plan. You can turn off optional emails under Account.

10. Risk warning

• Simulated and past results do not guarantee future results.
• Other users' returns and rankings in Community are simulated with virtual money and are not proof of real investing skill. Never send money or hand over an account to anyone because of their record on VWEALTH.
• You make your own investment decisions and are responsible for them.

11. Intellectual property

• VWEALTH's reports, charts, text, interface and source code belong to VWEALTH.
• You may read and use them for personal purposes and quote short passages (up to 200 words) with the source "VWEALTH (vwealth.vn)".
• You may not copy, redistribute or repost reports on public platforms (Facebook, Telegram, Zalo groups...).

12. Prohibited conduct

• Using the service for any purpose that breaks Vietnamese law.
• Attacking or breaking into the system, or using bots or scripts to collect data in bulk.
• Sharing, selling or renting your account, or letting several people use one account.
• Creating several accounts or exploiting bugs to get free months, promotional credits, refunded credits or rankings.
• Using a public profile or a Class to defraud others, raise money or invite people to hand over money for investing.

Breaches may lead to suspension or termination of the account without refund.

13. Account deletion, suspension and termination

• Delete your account in the app: Account ▸ Delete account, then enter your email to confirm. On the web, send a request to contact@vwealth.vn.
• On deletion, all devices are signed out, the account is locked, any active plan ends and remaining credits are cancelled without cash value. Your data is handled as described under "Deleting your account" in the Privacy Policy.
• VWEALTH may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, shows unusual activity, or when required by a competent authority.
• If VWEALTH discontinues a paid service, we will give at least 30 days' notice.

14. Limitation of liability

• The service may be interrupted for maintenance or because of problems at infrastructure or data providers.
• To the extent permitted by law, VWEALTH is not liable for losses arising from your investment decisions, from third-party data or from AI-generated content.

15. Governing law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
• Disputes are first settled by negotiation; failing that, they go to a competent court in Vietnam.
• Transactions through the App Store, Google Play or PayPal are also subject to those parties' terms.

16. Changes and contact

• VWEALTH may update these Terms. The version date is shown at the top of the page; for important changes, the app asks you to agree again.
